Luxe Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Issuer and Validity:
The Luxe Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Private Limited and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Usage:
Redeemable at over 30 participating brands across India. (Check locations at store locator).
Not redeemable at airport stores.
Can be redeemed only once until expiry.
Multiple Luxe Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.
Payment Terms:
If the purchase exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid by the bearer.
No refunds or credit notes will be issued for unused card balances.
Conditions:
Luxe Gift Cards cannot be canceled or blocked once issued.
Redeemable only against full-priced merchandise.
No returns or refunds are allowed.
Security and Liability:
Protect the card to avoid misuse.
RBL or Pine Labs Private Limited will not be liable if the PIN is stolen or compromised. No replacements or refunds will be provided.
